The story

the last few years have been a doozy, and yet I am more connected to love and purpose than ever.

I had coached, mentored, and trained humans for a decade, and all of a sudden, I had to really do the work myself, all over again.

see, I had gotten hit hard on all fronts; love, work, and home were all destabilized simultaneously.

as if by providence, this moment coincided with the conclusion of a multi-year mentorship I had embarked upon to be able to better help my community beyond physical practice, to hone my material to help you navigate and enjoy life.

I was in a dark place, but I had tools.

What I learned was that the process works, it needs to be personalized, and that it can be done from anywhere.
