Benjamin Sears, Host & Teacher
Benjamin is a storyteller, teacher, writer, and host.
Cited as a “master” by Yoga Journal in 2017, in '07 Benjamin created LUXYOGA, a legendary retreat in France. He has spent the last 2 years in Montana. Benjamin began practicing in 2001 to address serious injuries, and stuck with it to process grief, and live with purpose. His work has evolved to support individuals, families, and corporations through Soul Core Realignment, an integration of coaching and meditation.
Benjamin is renowned for integrating diverse modalities with clarity and humor. He holds a B.A. from UCLA and certifications in Katonah, Bikram, Forrest, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Functional Range Conditioning, plus studies within the Ido Portal Method, Ashtanga, Mindfulness, Wim Hoff, Oxygen Advantage, Ayurveda, and completed a multi-year mentorship in Soul Core Realignment.

Austin Brown, Chef
This is Ben talking, because Austin is too busy getting the fire just right.
I wanted to work with Austin because it was time to get back to the roots I laid down when I first kicked this thing off in France – not just good food, but food you’ll never forget, food that will make you a little sad to go home, wondering how you’ll ever eat again.
See, food on a retreat should be a life-changing experience, like psychedelics on a retreat, even though we won’t be cooking with them this time. So enter chef Austin. He’s particular. His legendary barbecue spot in Bozeman opens only 3 days per week. The wood is from Texas. The meat is from Montana. The food is straight from the heart, and whether he’s smoking classic brisket all night long or making a delicate 10-course tasting menu, it’s always about the best you’ve ever had.
I love Austin’s food because he cuts no corners and accepts no shortcuts. I love Austin because he makes the best barbecue in Montana, but he also served me the best scallop ceviche I’ve ever had while whipping up a vegetarian squash and sage dish for my girlfriend. The reduction he drizzled on the squash was so good, I had to use force to protect it from the hungry hands of my buddies.
Austin just gets it. He integrates worldly flavors with Montana ingredients so you’re left thinking that you want the recipe, but then quickly realize no recipe would make it taste like Austin does.
Let’s eat!

Melia Hogan, Producer
My favorite part is the first hug with a returning guest.
I met Ben in 2013 when I attended LUXYOGA in the South of France. Something happened in that first class that changed my entire outlook on Yoga for the better. It was a big thing for me to take that trip and it was everything I’d hoped it would be.
A few years later, I retired as a Firefighter from the City of Las Vegas Fire/Rescue. Ben and I had stayed in touch, and after decades yelling at men to pull their weight in emergency situations, I went France as an intern. Life is full of pretty wild twists and turns. Well, ten years later, I’ve been the lead producer/concierge/mom/big sister on more retreats than I can count, and the work has somehow enabled me to use my strengths and lean into my softness.
I coordinate between properties, chefs, concessionaires, seasonal staff, and I’m your point of contact. My goal is to show you a great time and keep things running smoothly. Creating one-of-a-kind experiences that bring guests together from around the world, and building new friendships is an honor that I can’t wait to share with you.

Bella Arikian, Host & Teacher
Bella brings lightness, laughter, and expertise in multiple yoga styles to Soul Alignment retreats. She teaches yoga, movement, meditation and is a warm presence who supports guests as both host and teacher, reminding us all that the purpose of these gatherings is more comfort with who we are, and greater clarity on where we want to go.
Her classes seamlessly link classical yoga, modern Vinyasa, and mobility. Each practice is a guided exploration — an opportunity to refine the relationship between mind, body, and heart.
Bella sees movement as a pathway to awareness and eventually ease, shifting brainwaves toward greater happiness, wholeness, and fulfillment to creates ripple effects in our lives and communities.
Her teaching is organized, detailed, and balanced by softness, curiosity, and play. The magic is found in the work, and the work creates the peace. She loves offering hands-on assists and getting to know guests as friends around the dining table and out on excursions.
