Hike the property or head up to the National Forest trailhead. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • You must arrive before 2PM on December 29 to for a complimentary pickup at BZN airport or in downtown Bozeman.  We offer brunch throughout arrival day and our first class is at 3:30PM. 

  • Some guests choose to arrive a day early and stay downtown. We’d be happy to pick you up at your hotel. We also have a special rate at the Element. Inquire if interested. 

  • Departure is January 3 after breakfast. We recommend booking a flight for 11AM or later if possible. Private rides can be arranged if necessary. 

  • All rooms have unique design characteristics.

  • If you are traveling alone and booking a shared room, we will pair you with a roommate. This is a very common booking on our retreats. Simply pay the deposit for the share.

  • If you are booking a shared room to share with a travel partner (i.e.: couple or friends), please specify your roommate at checkout, and both travelers must pay 50% of their share to hold the room. 

  • All pricing options listed below are *PER PERSON/EACH.

  • Deposits are non-refundable - 50% due at time of booking , remainder of payment is due 45 days before
